COMPOSITES

High solids virgin resins prepared to be further promoted, charged and/or pigmented, according to the needs of the specific use to be given. These generic resins are designed to be used in a wide variety of processes and products.

PIP-6000

Unsaturated, isophthalic, pre-accelerated polyester resin with outstanding mechanical properties. Made with materials that comply with FDA 21 CFR 175.300. Formulated for the manufacture of gasoline tanks (manual of spray molding process) and mold making.

PIS-65

It is an unsaturated, isophthalic, non preaccelerated and non thixotropic polyester resin.It is formulated for the manufactured of fiberglass reinforced parts, where manual or spray molding processes are used.

PUG – 77

Orthophthalic, high viscosity and solids, not pre-accelerated and non-thixotropic. Good wetting to mineral loads and fiberglass. Acceptance of monomer up to 40% (by weight). Very good mechanical properties. Under color. Rapid development of hardness. Its use is recommended in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforced parts, where manual molding or sprinkling processes are used; and in the manufacture of decorative figures, where rapid curing is required.

PUG – 78F

Orthophthalic, high viscosity and solids, not pre-accelerated and non-thixotropic. Good wetting to mineral loads and fiberglass. Acceptance of monomer up to 40% (by weight). Very good mechanical properties. Under color. Rapid development of hardness. Its use is recommended in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforced parts, where manual molding or sprinkling processes are used; and in the manufacture of decorative figures, where rapid curing is required.

PUG-735

Orthophthalic, high solids, non-accelerated and non-thixotropic. Good wetting to mineral loads and fiberglass. High flexibility Under color. Slow cure times. Low exotherm Its use is recommended in the manufacture of decorative figures, where high flexibility in final pieces is required.

PUG-800

Orthophthalic, high viscosity and solids, not pre-accelerated and non-thixotropic. Good wetting to mineral loads and fiberglass. Acceptance of styrene monomer between 30-40% (by weight). Good mechanical properties Under color. Moderate hardness development. Its use is recommended in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforced parts, where manual molding or sprinkling processes are used; and in the manufacture of decorative figures, where moderate curing is required.

PUG-4700

Hybrid, high viscosity and solids, not pre-accelerated and non-thixotropic. Good wetting to mineral loads and fiberglass. Very good mechanical properties. Rapid development of hardness. Its use is recommended in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforced parts, where manual molding or sprinkling processes are used; and in the manufacture of special UV-curable gel-coats.

PUG-4701

Hybrid, high viscosity and solids, not pre-accelerated and non-thixotropic. Good wetting to mineral loads and fiberglass. Very good mechanical properties. Rapid development of hardness. Its use is recommended in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforced parts, where manual molding or sprinkling processes are used; and in the manufacture of special UV-curable gel-coats.

PUG – 7321
